THE
New American Dream Interview
BILL POLONSKY, 46, lives in THE Yukon.
He is the 9/11 Truth grassroots contact for his area.
He writes a music column for What's Up Yukon?
He is a radio programmer at CJUC 92.5 Fm in Whitehorse.
"Bill Polonsky is a man of action. Despite his gentle nature and quiet disposition, he has taken on a lofty task. Polonsky is asking Yukoners to use their logic to re-examine the events of September 11, 2001.
“You have to use your common sense and look at the events of 9/11 and ask yourself: do these things seem reasonable to you”
"The things that Polonsky is referring to are the incongruities and impossibilities inherent in the official version of what happened that day. He says that any cursory look at the evidence will tell you that there is something wrong with the official story.
"Since late March he has been running a Wednesday night film series at the Whitehorse Public Library. He gets about a dozen people in attendance at the screenings with new people coming each week.
"He’s just asking people to look at the films and make up their own minds. While watching the films he finds that people often recognize that something is wrong with the story that is being told by the media. They have known it for a long time, but just haven’t had the opportunity to talk about it.
“ 'What I’m seeking is more people in our community to look at this, to say yes or no, to discuss it,' says Polonsky.
" 'The films awaken people’s faculties of reason,' he says.
"He’ll hear someone in the audience recognizing a fact or event in the film and noting that they thought it was odd or unusual at the time that it happened.
" 'That’s a good spot to investigate,' says Polonsky. 'I think more people should know that there are outstanding questions. People think that 9/11 is an open and shut case – and it isn’t.'
"Polonsky is one of a growing number of people around the world that are asking questions, writing books, and lobbying their elected officials.
" 'It’s not that we have to prove anything… we just have to disprove the official story, and that is easy to do, it is easier to do than you think,' he says confidently."

NAD: Bill, hello, thank you for taking the time for this.
BILL POLONSKY:
My pleasure Mike, glad to participate.
NAD: No really, what's it like living in Whitehorse, Yukon?
BILL POLONSKY:
It’s paradise on earth. Warm summers and cold winters, fresh air, good people.
NAD: Do you recall how you first became interested in 9/11 Truth?
BILL POLONSKY:
After the shock of the event on the day, I quickly started questioning the lack of military response to these hijacked airliners.
The refusal of mainstream media to consider the thought of “blowback” in the official story peaked my interest in what we were being told.
Barry Zwicker’s Great Deception television presentations were the analysis that connected the dots for me.
NAD: Why are you so interested in this American problem?
BILL POLONSKY:
Canadians are well aware of American politics.
Whatever The United States does affects Canada as well as the whole world. Canada is the US`s largest trading partner and sends a majority of its oil and gas there.
Here's a quote that most Canadians find a truism:
“Living next to you is in some ways like sleeping with an elephant. No matter how friendly and even-tempered is the beast, if I can call it that, one is affected by every twitch and grunt.”
- Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Elliott Trudeau, 1969
NAD: Would you like to choose one of these to answer, elaborate on?
I don't ask this to make fun. I ask because I really seek the answers.
— Are UFOs real?
— Did we land on the moon in 1968?
— Did Bush knock down the towers?
— Was Paul Wellstone's death an accident?
— The Oklahoma City bombing? Wasn't that just another U.S. government terrorist exercise? Or not.
— Waco. We burned kids, right? You can see flames shooting out of the tanks. Or not.
— Is Bigfoot real?
— Is there a God?
BILL POLONSKY:
— UFO’s? An interesting thought and the fuel of all great science fiction, but I think not.
— America landed men on the moon. Period.
— The only thing Bush ever knocked down was a bottle.
— I’m aware there are outstanding questions regarding Mr. Wellstone’s death, but have no insite to add. keep-asking questions.
— Oklahoma City looks fishy, doesn’t it?
— Waco was a clusterfuck or a setup. These are the only two possibilities.
— Bigfoot? See UFO above. A quick note on UFOs and Bigfoot. If the media would put as much effort into investigating the physical anomalies of 9/11 as they have presenting UFOs and Bigfoot as actual news , I think we would see a few more eyes opened to 9/11 truth.
— I am not a monotheist though if I had to choose I’d like to think of a pantheism that the Romans maintained to look after various parts of life.
— Insert your own national conspiracy here.
— I’d like to see an investigation into the death of John Lennon.
NAD: What did you do before? Your bio, in five lines. Seven.
BILL POLONSKY:
Bill Polonsky has been active in community radio since first going on the air on CFUV at the University of Victoria in the spring of 1992.
While in Victoria, he participated in the Victoria Fringe Festival as a sound designer for several original plays. After moving to Whitehorse, Yukon in the spring of 2004, Polonsky became involved with CJUC, as a radio programmer.
Bill Polonsky is a regular contributor to What’s Up Yukon, a weekly community free paper available within the Yukon.
Bill Polonsky can be contacted through his website strangethingsdone.com or simply email him at strangethingsdone@hotmail.com.
NAD: Do you think Bush, Cheney, Rice, any of them will ever go to prison?
BILL POLONSKY:
Absolutely not.
NAD: Do you have hope in Obama?
BILL POLONSKY:
Yes there is hope there.
No real hope in finding the truth about 9/11 though, but politically and economically I think he will be a force for general good in the world.
Why?
He has changed the tone of how America comports itself internationally. Outside the USA this stuff plays well. Obama realizes there are other people on this planet.
He has a brain in his head and he has the intelligence to change the paradigm, keeping his opposition off balance.
NAD: Do you care at all about Obama?
BILL POLONSKY:
Absolutely.
I think whoever is president of the USA is important to the world.
NAD: Does your favorite coffee cup have words on it? What are they?
BILL POLONSKY:
I drink coffee in any old cup. I drink it for the buzz.
Coffee, for me is a purely a drug with no emotional attachment.
NAD: What did you absolutely have to get done by noon today?
BILL POLONSKY:
Work related stuff.
No real interest to anyone but my employer.
NAD: How about by Christmas 2009?
BILL POLONSKY:
I procrastinate too much to recognize Christmas 2009 as a deadline.
NAD What else would you like to add? What else should I have asked?
BILL POLONSKY:
I think continuing to ask questions about 9/11 are vital to how we move forward as a civilization.
I’m sort of a 9/11 purist and hope others will keep focused.
Other matters dilute the discourse and muddy the waters we must keep our eyes on the prize: afterall we have truth on our side.
NAD: If you would like — please insert a link here to something you would like linked to, with a brief tag re: where that link goes:
BILL POLONSKY:
This is a radio program that I put together in 2003 while on air at CFUV University of Victoria.
While some ideas presented may seem out of date, the facts remain and in an entertaining way, I think I nailed it.
Check out the music by B*O*K*(Afraid of Enduring Freedom: A 'War on Terrorism' Documentary), an Australian collage artist, nothing I have heard compares to her work.
